Privacy Policy.

Last updated 5 June 2026 · Atlas Intelligence Ltd

Effective 5 June 2026. This policy explains how the public Axiom website at axiomgo.ai handles information. It does not cover the Axiom product console, which is covered separately for pilot participants.

1 · Who we are

Axiom is a product built by Atlas Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16577331). In this policy, “Axiom”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Atlas Intelligence Ltd as the controller of personal information collected through the public website at axiomgo.ai.

This policy covers the public marketing website only. It does not cover the Axiom product console, which is offered to pilot participants under separate, directly agreed terms.

2 · What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Through the public website we may process:

  • Information you send us directly: when you email us or submit a pilot or contact enquiry, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include about your company and workflow.
  • Basic technical information: standard server and platform logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) that are generated whenever any website is accessed. These are used to keep the site available and secure.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or behavioural profiling on this website.

3 · How we use it

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange a pilot conversation;
  • keep the website running, available, and secure;
  • understand, at an aggregate level, that the site is working as intended.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for others’ marketing.

4 · Legal basis

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:

ActivityBasis
Replying to a pilot or contact enquiry you send usLegitimate interests/steps prior to entering an agreement
Keeping the site secure and availableLegitimate interests

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time; see Contact.

5 · Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting pilot conversation, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Routine technical logs are kept for a short period and then rotated. We will not keep personal information longer than we have a clear reason to.

6 · Third-party services

The public website relies on a small number of infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf:

  • Hosting/content delivery — serves the website and processes standard request logs.
  • Email — used to receive and reply to the messages you send us.
  • Web fonts — typefaces are loaded from a font delivery service, which may receive your IP address as part of serving the font files.

We do not maintain a separate published subprocessor list for the public website at this stage; if that changes, we will publish one here.

7 · Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

8 · Contact

For any privacy question or request, email hello@axiomgo.ai with “Privacy” in the subject line.
